In the spirit of Valentines day I thought I share a few of my favorite Smoothie recipes that I just LOVE! I’m very limited on my fat intake right now, getting most of my daily fat intake from meat, poultry and fish. So I have to get super creative to come up with tasty meals that are low in fat. Who’d ‘a thought you could get so much yummy variety from smoothies!
I’m almost 5 weeks into training for my fitness competition and so far I’ve lost 5 pounds, 4% body fat and 2 inches in my waist! It’s so motivating to see RESULTS! And I’m NOT starving! I’m consistently eating 13-1500 calories a day split between 6 meal times a day.
Today I’m indulging in this Valentines Day themed smoothie. I even made a little extra for my 2 year old and she LOVED it too! Thank you Dashing Dish for this great recipe! Visit the Dashing Dish for more great recipes at DashingDish.com
